2. Confirmation Form for Study in China (JW201/202) (electronic copy and photocopy)
3. The passport’s personal information page, the visa page and the last entry seal page (original copy, scanned document and photocopy)
4. Certificate of Verification of Physical Examination Record for Foreigner and Physical Examination Record for Foreigner issued by Jinan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau (original copy, scanned document and photocopy)
5. If you live off campus, please submit a copy of the temporary accommodation registration form from the local police station (if you have, please provide the scanned document and photocopy ).
6. Tuition fee invoice（the students who should pay the tuition fee must provide the scanned document）
7. Accommodation fee invoice（the students who should pay the accommodation fee must provide the scanned document）
8. One Passport size photo
