居留许可延期/停留证件申请材料清单

Before going to immigration, please prepare:

去出入境之前请准备:

□ Visa / Stay Permit / Residence Permit Application Form (Issued by the Department of International Affairs)

外国人签证证件申请表（国际事务部提供）

□ University Application Letter (Issued by the Department of International Affairs)

院校境外人员申请办理出入境证件证明（国际事务部提供）

□ Copy of the passport's personal information page, the residence permit page and the last entry seal page

护照个人信息页、居留许可页、最近一次入境章日期页复印件

□ Copy of Confirmation Form for Study in China/Visa Application for Study in China (JW201/JW202)

外国留学人员来华确认表/外国留学人员来华签证申请表(JW201/JW202）复印件

□ If you live off campus, please submit a copy of the temporary accommodation registration form from the local police station (If you have, please provide).

如果你住在校外，请提供当地派出所开具的临时住宿登记表复印件（如有，请提供）

□ One passport size photo

□ Please be mindful of the information stated below , otherwise the application may be rejected.

请同学注意以下几点要求，否则申请可能会被拒绝：

1. Accommodation Registration

住宿登记

Every time you come back to China, or change your passport, or change your address, it has to be registered within 24 hours. If you live in Central Campus, you have to register at the reception of Building No.2, International Students Dormitory. If you live in another campus or live off campus, please go to the local police station for accommodation registration.

每当你离开中国再次返回，更换了护照，或者更换房间地址之后，你需要在24小时以内携带护照到学校前台（住在中心校区）/当地派出所（住在其他校区或校外）进行住宿登记。

2. Check the information of Visa / Stay Permit / Residence Permit Application Form

核查《外国人签证证件申请表》信息

(1) Check if your personal information is correct

个人信息是否正确

(2) Sign your name and write down the application date on the Visa / Stay Permit / Residence Permit Application Form

外国人签证证件申请表上需签字并填写申请时间

(3) Attach one passport size photo to the application form

在外国人签证证件申请表上贴一张照片

3. Other notes

其他注意事项

(1) It takes about two weeks to process the Resident Permit.

正常办理居留许可及延期手续约须两周左右。

(2) The visa fees that are required to be paid at the Exit-Entry Administration of Jinan Municipal Public Security Bureau are 400RMB for less than 1 year, 800RMB for one year to three years.

出入境管理局申请居留许可需缴纳证件费，不满一年400元/人/次，一年（含）至三年800元/人/次。

(3) Please bear in mind the period of validity of your Residence Permit/Visa and prepare for extension one month before the expiration date.

请牢记你的居留许可/签证有效期，并在到期前一个月准备办理延期手续。

(4) Please bear in mind the period of validity of your passport, and consult the embassy how long it will take to apply for a new passport six months before the expiration date, to prevent the expiration of the passport from affecting the processing of Residence Permit/Visa.

请牢记你的护照有效期，并在护照到期前6个月咨询大使馆申请新护照所需时间，防止护照到期影响居留许可/签证的办理。
